“Dear Dr Kosinski and Staff:

Best wishes to all for the new year; and, thanks to all of you, especially Dr. Kosinski, for creating my new smile and for doing such a fine job on my dental implants.

At my first visit and every visit thereafter, everyone, including those at the front desk, the dental technicians, and those in billing, treated me warmly and professionally. Jessica was also especially helpful and competent. She clearly and patiently explained processes and procedures and inspired understanding and confidence.

Any apprehension and anxiety about the implant process soon dissipated after meeting Dr Kosinski, who took the time to provide a brief summary of his background and his experience with dental implants. Also, his enthusiasm for his work and his commitment to his patients was clear and encouraging. I left the office feeling confident and eager to begin the process and was amazed that I was able to drive myself to and from all visits.

Dr. Kosinski, I am grateful to have been your patient and am so pleased with my smile and with your work and your office staff.
